Tickets may be exchanged for the same location using our online exchange service. You must exchange your tickets at least 4 hours prior to the showtime of your original tickets, and your new tickets will be automatically assigned based on BEST AVAILABLE seats in the same type and price level(s) at the time of exchange.
To initiate an exchange, please visit the My Account page. Once you're signed in, your orders will be displayed, please click on the Exchange Tickets button for the affected order to begin your exchange.
